Baler must be properly adjusted to create packages with uniform size and compression.
The threading unit consists of two needles, two knotters and a star wheel key, which closes it with two rows of thread at the same time as the package is completed.
The pick-up unit picks up the banded fodder from the ground, lifts it up and delivers it to the guiding platform. The lifting unit is a cylinder consisting of four rows of spring-loaded fingers, these fingers slowly lift the forage strip during the rotational movement and take it to the guiding unit through the guide belts.
After harvesting and lining the fodder, they can be collected with a rake and stored in bulk in the warehouse, or the lined fodder can be packed and then stored before collection.
