Cleaning unit :
The cleaning unit consists of an upper sieve, a lower sieve and a fan.
The duties of this unit are:
Separating the seeds from the straw and other plant remains that have passed through the anti-knock hole or straw pickers.
Discharging straw and excess material out of the combine
Returning half-thresher clusters to the threshing unit

During operation, seeds along with straw and foreign materials are transferred to the front of the upper sieve by means of a seed tray. Here, wind flowing at high speed through the impeller hits these seeds, driving the lightweight straw out of the combine. The oscillating movement of the upper sieve causes seeds and heavier materials to move to the rear of the combine. During this movement, the grains whose size is smaller than the holes of the upper sieve fall on the upper sieve and the particles are transferred to the end of the upper sieve and from there they are returned to the crushing unit by means of a screw conveyor.
The lower sieve, which is also called the grain sieve, is similar to the upper sieve, except that the size of its holes is smaller. The last stage of grain cleaning takes place here. The cleaned seeds are removed from the holes of the sieve and fall into the screw conveyor of the seeds and are transferred to the combine tank by it.

Seed transfer unit:
This unit has two duties, which are:
a) Transferring the cleaned seeds to the seed tank, which is done by the lower conveyor and seed lifter.

If the tank is full, you can empty the tank in the transporter using the drain pipe installed next to it.

b) The transfer of residues and slag to the crushing part, which is carried out by the slag conveyor and its special lift.
