Soil is the main substrate for plant cultivation and is also a wonderful environment for all kinds of living organisms; Especially creatures that depend on the soil in all or part of their lives. Using the soil properly to produce food and protect the environment is our main duty to continue living. Proper use of soil and water resources requires knowledge and awareness about them. Achieving the maximum yield per unit area is one of the most important goals of agricultural activities. Proper use of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers is necessary to achieve these goals. It is not possible to determine the type and amount of fertilizer needed without knowing the condition of the soil. Therefore, in the first step, the farmer must have complete information about the soil in order to perform proper fertilization. Soil sampling and laboratory analysis will provide the necessary information to the farmer. How to take soil samples is very important because it has a significant impact on the results obtained from soil testing.

A soil test program includes three implementation steps:

1 Sampling of the soil

2 laboratory analysis

3 Interpretation of test results

Laboratory analysis and interpretation of test results are performed by relevant experts. Students with preliminary knowledge of the farm, correct sampling of the soil, send the final sample to the laboratory. The results of tests and recommendations of experts will be obtained and applied.
Preliminary Study
Before the operation of soil sampling, the type of cultivated plant should be determined. Then he prepared a map. If the map is not available, a sketch of the agricultural land should be drawn.
In the next sections, we will get to know how to draw a sketch of the earth.
