Preparing the baler before starting work

Steps to do the work:
1- Identify the different parts of the car under the supervision of an expert.
2-Grease all the grease inlets of the bailer.
3-Clean the grease on the body and different parts of the knotter.

4- Check the gearbox oil.

5- Clean the excess oil on the surface of the chains and the grease inside the compression duct.
6- Check the tension and tightness of the chains.
7- Turn the anchor wheel of the baler by hand in the specified direction and control the coordination and timing between the packing units and refer them to the relevant repairman for correction if necessary.

8- Check the cutting pin and replace it if necessary.
9- Adjust the tire pressure.
10- Check all the screws and nuts and screw the car.
