Connecting the Wheel Rake to the tractor
1- Visit the tractor and after turning it on, move towards the shoulder with the reverse gear.
2- Get off the tractor by pulling the handbrake and connect the three points of the tractor to the points of the shoulder.
3- Align the shoulder in terms of length and width.
If the adjustable strap of the tractor prevents the shoulder from moving up and down, move it to one side.

4 Tighten the tractor oscillating chains.

Solar combs have two settings:
1- Buoyancy regulation: The solar shoulder's buoyancy mode is regulated by two springs.

Too much stiffness of the springs will cause the Wheele to jump and as a result the fodder will be placed, and the looseness of the springs will cause the fingers to press on the ground and as a result break them.
In some models, the inside of the floating springs cannot be adjusted.
2-Adjusting the position of the Wheele panels on the chassis in relation to the direction of travel: The position of the Wheele panels on the relevant chassis and the angle of the shoulder in relation to the direction of travel can be adjusted in this machine. With these settings, it is possible to perform different actions in harvesting fodder, which include:
Collecting or sweeping the harvested fodder and sorting them
Moving and turning the fodder upside down to dry
Splitting the thick back strip into two thin strips or spreading it

By changing the position of the Wheel panels on the chassis, the width of the device can be reduced in order to transport it on the road.
Wheel Rake adjustment steps
1- Connect the tractor and the Wheel Rake after the initial visits.
2- Lift the shoulder from the ground with the tractor's hydraulic key lever.
3- Tilt the Rake to the left or right side of the tractor by changing the position of the perforated plates on the chassis.

Considering that driving in Iran is on the left side, usually the Rake is inclined to the left side of the tractor.
4- By changing the position of the perforated plates, increase or decrease the angle of the chassis in relation to the forward direction.
5- By changing the position of the main chassis and the chassis of the wheels, adjust the Rake to turn the fodder upside down.
By reducing the angle in relation to the direction of advance, the working width of the machine is reduced and the rotation speed of the Wheel panels is increased.
To rotate the chassis, while the shoulder is raised by the tractor hydraulics, remove the retaining pin, remove the retaining strap from between the cleats. Turn the chassis and after the chassis is in the desired position, insert the restraining belt and retaining pin.

6- By changing the position of the main chassis and the chassis of the solar panels, adjust the comb to line the fodder.
7- By changing the position of the main chassis and the solar chassis, adjust the comb to convert the row of fodder into several rows.
8- By changing the position of the main chassis and the solar chassis, reduce the width of the device and place it in the transportation position.
