Steps to perform the service of fodder mowers
1- At the beginning of the working season and then every 10 working hours, grease the grease nipples.
2- Lubricate the gearbox.

In the cylindrical mower, the gearbox part is filled with aluminum grease. If the device is repaired, either every 500 hours or every two years, whichever happens first, empty the chamber and completely clean it, then fill it with grease up to the bottom of the guard axis.
When draining the oil, place a suitable container under the drain screw.
3- Periodically check the bolts and nuts and, if necessary, tighten them as much as necessary.
4- Periodically clean the mower so that while the parts remain healthy, in case of damage, the related defects can be easily observed and fixed.
In comb mowers, if the plant remains left on the comb are not cleaned in time, it will harden, and this hardness will cause damage and breakdown of the machine after starting work. After washing the parts of the cutting comb and drying the washed parts, they should be smeared with oil or diesel.

5- Repair or replace the worn parts after each use of the device.
6- At the end of the working season, store the mower in a covered place. Before storing the motor, service it, cover the polished parts that may rust when exposed to air with suitable materials such as anti-rust, oil, etc.
