How to connect the mower to the tractor

Mowers may be front-mounted, rear-mounted or middle-mounted in terms of connection to the tractor. In terms of connection to the tractor, the common mowers in Iran are usually rear-mounted, which are connected to the three-point connection of the tractor, and their required power is provided through the gearbox and the power transmission axis of the tractor. The required power of the mowers is usually around 25-30 horsepower per meter of working width.

Steps to perform the activity
1- Do the initial visits of the mower and the tractor and make sure that the mower is ready to work and can be started with the desired tractor.
2- Connect the connection points of the mower to the tractor.
3- Connect the guard to the mower and tractor and make sure it is locked.
4- Using the hydraulic lever of the tractor, raise the machine a few centimeters from the ground.
5- Align the device so that the height of both cylinders is the same from the ground level and the front of the cylinders is slightly inclined towards the ground.
6- Limit the swing of the mover by using tractor restraint chains.
7- After connecting the mover to the tractor, if you want to move the device or work with it, put the support base in the transport mode.

Note that when installing the guard, make sure that the safety clutch is closed towards the mower.
After adjusting the longitudinal alignment, the middle arm should be shortened a little so that the front blades are slightly inclined downwards, and in this way, the rooting of the fodder is prevented.

1- Do the same as steps 1 to 7 of connecting the Drum Mower and connect the Mower to the tractor.

2- Connect the height stabilization chain to the third connection point.) of the tractor.

Steps to perform the activity

1- Do the initial visits of the mower and the tractor and make sure that the mower is ready to work and can be started with the desired tractor.

2- The mower has a clamp and a special screw. Attach the bracket to the lower right arm and tighten the screws. Make sure that its pin is towards the inside of the tractor.

3- Do the same as steps 1 to 6 of connecting the Drum mower and connect the mower to the tractor.

4- After connecting the points on the back of the tractor, connect the latch to the pin and insert its spike.
