Steps to perform the activity:
1- First, identify the parts of the motor under the supervision of an expert.
2- Clean and inspect the various parts of the chassis and make sure of their health.
3-Tighten the loose screws and nuts.
4- If any part is bent, repair or replace it.
5- Carefully examine the parts of the safety guarantor.
If there is a big obstacle in the field, it may be damaged by hitting the mower. In order to prevent this damage, the mowers have a safety latch that works when it hits an obstacle and disables the mower and allows the mower to deviate to the back of the tractor.

Drum mower's safety guarantor works when it collides with an obstacle.
Adjusting the latch is done by loosening and tightening the latch nut and changing the corresponding spring pressure. The low spring pressure causes the latch to release even when hitting small obstacles, and the high spring pressure causes the mower not to release even when hitting hard obstacles.
After the safety lock is released, the tractor must be stopped and the end of the mower must be pushed forward so that the mower is in working condition again. For this reason, some drivers close the adjustment nut completely, which causes the safety lock to fail and causes damage to the car.

If the distance is more than 3 mm, loosen the fixing nut and tighten the adjusting nut to adjust the belt, then tighten the fixing nut while holding the adjusting nut.

8- Replace the blades if necessary. To remove the old blade, proceed as follows:

8-1- Put the special wrench between the edge of the cylinder and the hole that presses the blade holder to the bottom and pull it slightly upwards.
2-8-Take the blade and lift its end up and remove it from the holding pin.
8-3-Release the tool from the edge of the cylinder.
4-8- To place the new blade, first pull the blade holder down with a wrench and then place the blade.
If the blades become slow, you can change the blades of each cylinder with the blades of the adjacent cylinder. This makes the other edge of the blade, which has not worked yet, be used.

9- Check the pins of the plates holding the blades for wear.

If the wear of the pins is more than half of their normal diameter, they should be replaced.
10- Check that the safety guard is installed in place.
11- Turn the cylinders by hand and listen to the sound of the mower and make sure it is working properly.
Safety:
- Before making any visit, make sure that the mower is properly restrained on the support base.
- Checking and replacing the blades should only be done when the cylinders are fixed.
- Pay attention that the blades are correctly placed in the pins of the holding plates.
- In order to balance the device, the blades of the cylinders must have the same conditions. Therefore, do not use new blades together with old blades.
