Chopper guidance

Transportation of fodder corn harvesting machines

JAVID KESHT LEYZERI COMPANY

Two-row machines must be connected to the tractor for movement and work. These machines are connected to the tractor in a tensile manner. The attachment of traction choppers is the same as the traction tools previously taught. After the tractor with the machine power transmission axis (PTO) is correctly connected to the chopper, the power transmission axis is connected to direct the movement of the power transmission axis to the moving parts of the machine, and the direction of the nose of the hydraulic hose connection is required to the machine.
Autonomous choppers do not need any external source for transportation and work, and their guidance is similar to driving a tractor.

Connecting the two-row chopper to the tractor

1- Turn on the tractor after the initial visits and move it towards the chopper with the reverse gear.

2- Adjust the height of the chopper support base according to the tractor.

3- By guiding the tractor to the rear, connect the corn shredder and chopper with the appropriate pin.

4- After connecting the car to the tractor, turn the holding jack to the back and secure it (Figure A)

5- Connect the guard to the power axis of the tractor and the axis of the car and make sure that it is locked.

Make sure that the rear clutch is facing the car.

6- Close the guardan shell with a tight chain and check the placement of the guardan on the support base.

7- After cleaning, connect the hydraulic hose of the car to the hydraulic outlet of the tractor. Make sure that the hydraulic hose passes through special places so that it is not damaged during movement.

Connecting Guardan to the two-row chopper

Safety: the overlapping of male and female power axis must be at least 500 mm.

When harvesting fodder, the tractor moves next to the unpicked corn and the chopper is placed behind and on the right side of the tractor, but transporting the car on the road will be difficult due to the large width of the machine and the tractor. Therefore, traction choppers have facilities to change the status from transport mode to work mode and vice versa.

Placing the two-row chopper in transport and work modes

1- Place the device connected to the tractor in a position where there is no obstacle behind it.

2- Pull the rope connected to the chassis release pin on the back of the seat on the machine to release the pin.

3- While keeping the rope in tension, push the tractor back slowly and at the same time turn the steering wheel slightly to the right.

4-When the chopper is behind the tractor, release the rope so that the pin returns to its place.

5- If the chopper does not move behind the tractor, there is an obstacle behind its outer wheel, repeat the above steps.

6- To put the chopper in working position, while pulling the rope and driving the tractor forward, turn the steering wheel slightly to the left. If the chopper does not move, put an obstacle in front of the outer wheel of the car and repeat the operation.

safety
The points that must be considered and acted upon before transportation are:

Remove the power transmission axis from engagement mode, disconnect the hydraulic interface from the machine.
Disconnect the hydraulic hose from the tractor and fasten it in a suitable place so that it does not drag on the ground.
Collect the connecting ropes and fasten them in a suitable place.
Raise the nose of the device to the highest distance from the ground to prevent it from hitting the ground.
If the guide tube of the device is not flexible, turn it so that the fodder release valve is located in the longitudinal direction of the device.
When moving the device, put a warning light or warning light or a special sign on the back of the device.
Take the extreme right as you cross the roads outside the farm.
Drive on steep tracks with minimum speed and heavy gear.
Due to the fact that the connection of the machine is tensile and back-breaking, and the machine and the tractor do not follow the same path in the turns, it is necessary to move with low speed and with great precision.

Initial start-up and making the car ready to work

Before carrying out the harvesting operation, it is necessary to start and test the machine in unloaded mode.

The method of setting up a two-row tractor chopper

1- After connecting the chopper to the tractor, put the nose on the ground with the help of the hydraulic lever, and put the chopper in working position.

2-Check the connections of the power transmission axis, hydraulic hose, and the connection of the device, that they are properly made.

3-Make sure that there is no extra hose on the device or inside it.

4-Visit the device in general to make sure that there will be no problem after starting.

1-4- Lubricate the lifting chains and the wheels of the chains.
2-4-Check the tires.
3-4- Check the gearbox oil level.
4-4-Grease all grease nipples.
4-5-Wrench the car.
6-4- Check the belt tension.

5- Put the starter lever, which is on the chopper and behind the seat within reach of the driver, in the open position (middle position).

6- Set the device to the appropriate speed with the help of the gear box of the feeding rollers.

7. Activate the power transmission axis.

8- Use the hand throttle to increase the engine speed to such an extent that the power transmission shaft rotates at the appropriate speed (540 or 1000 rpm). For this purpose, the compass needle should be on the designated mark.

9- Keep the device in this position for a few minutes and check all the movements and noises of the machine and if there are any abnormal movements and abnormal noises, take the necessary measures to fix the problem.

10- To stop the chopper, reduce the engine speed and return the start lever to the idle position.

safety

Do not allow other people to approach the car while it is on.
Always keep the required distance from the moving and rotating parts of the car.
