Agricultural tractor diesel filter service and its maintenance

Replacement of agricultural tractor diesel filter

javid keshtleyzeri Co.ltd

From the production process to the transfer of diesel fuel to the tractor, there is a possibility of impurity entering it. Due to the high sensitivity of injector pump parts and injectors, used diesel must be completely free of suspended particles and water. Therefore, diesel filter is used in the circuit of the fuel system. To prevent the entry of waste materials when the fuel passes through the strainer, the pores of the strainer are gradually blocked with foreign substances in the fuel, and after some time the fuel does not pass through the strainer in sufficient quantity. Therefore, the fuel filter must be replaced at the specified time specified in the engine manual.

Water or foreign substances in the fuel cause rust and corrosion of the parts of the fuel system. In order to separate water and suspended materials, a sediment trap is used in the fuel supply system. This part is actually a glass or metal cup that is located under the fuel filter.
