What is sugar beet leaf silage?

With the arrival of the sugar beet harvest season, a large amount of leaves and rings are produced as agricultural waste in the beet fields. This waste can be used as animal feed and a part of it feeds them. The rest of the leaves and rings are returned to the soil as green manure.
