Periodic service of baler fodder packing machine
Steps to do the work
1- Check the gearbox oil through cover E and replace it with SAE90 oil if necessary. To change the oil, proceed as follows:
1-1-Park the baller in the right place.
1-2- Place a container under cover A.
1-3- Open caps A and E, wait until the oil is completely drained, and then close cap A.
1-4- Through valve E, pour enough oil into the gear box with a Vaskazin pump so that it flows out of valve E, then close cover E.
Drainage cap and inspection of the oil of the bailer gearbox
2- Grease the specified points on the machine at the specified times with the help of a grease pump. For this purpose, use multipurpose greases.
3- After every 10 hours of work, lubricate the chains with SAE30 oil or thicker oils using an oiler.
It is better to oil the chains after turning off the car and while they are still warm so that the oil penetrates the chain parts.
4- Periodically screw and tighten the machine's bolts and nuts.
Do the following before service:
1- Stop the power transmission axis of the tractor from moving.
2- Turn off the tractor engine.
3- Wait until the moving parts of the fodder packaging machine stop moving.
4- The program that is planned for machine service and oil and grease replacement is for normal conditions. If the device works in difficult conditions, the time of these services will be shortened.
5- Before greasing, clean your grease head and make sure that the grease eaters are healthy.
6- After applying grease, wipe the grease around the grease sink.
Maintenance of fodder packing machine after the working season
1- Place the device in a covered area away from moisture.
2- Clean the device completely. Fodder materials absorb moisture and cause rust.
3- Clean the knot and cover all its parts with grease.
4-Grease all parts of the device.
5- Paint the parts of the body whose color has been removed, except for the inside of the compression chamber.
6- Clean the chains with diesel, then dry the diesel or the residue completely and lubricate the chains with 140 SAE or SAE90 oil.
7- If the main clutch pads are under pressure, they will absorb water vapor and cause the side plates to rust and as a result, the plates will stick to the pad. To prevent rusting, open the spring pressure adjustment nuts completely.
8- Place a piece of wood under the chassis of the machine so that the tires of the wheels are away from the ground, so that there is no pressure on them. After cleaning tires, cover them to prevent cracking.
9- Do the necessary repairs on the device during this time.
10- Cover the parts that are subject to rust with grease.
