Setting up the baler machine

Before working in the farm, the baler must work for one hour empty and without load, in place, so that if there is any problem before moving to the farm, the necessary repairs can be done on it. The initial setup of the baler should be done in three steps:
In the first stage, after a short period of work at low speed, the car should be turned off and different parts should be inspected (overheating of bearings, breaking and loosening of screws and chains, etc.).
In the second step, the machine is run at low speed for half an hour and checked.
In the third stage, the machine should work at 540 or 1000 rpm for half an hour.
Initial setup of the baler machine:
1- Do the initial visits before working on the car.
2- Remove miscellaneous objects from inside the device.
3- Make sure the cover and guards of the baler device are in place.
4- Thread the baler with a suitable thread.
5- After connecting the baler to the tractor, put the machine lifter in working position and adjust its height.
6- Engage the power transmission axis in the motor position, so that the baler guard starts to rotate.
7 Gradually and in three steps, increase the speed of the tractor engine until reaching the appropriate speed of the power transmission axis (540 or 1000 rpm).
8- By releasing the clutch of the knotter and manually feeding the machine, check the operation of the needles and the unit of the knotter.
9- To stop the baler, put the power transmission axis of the tractor in the neutral position.
